The first post-war coffee roastery in Świnoujście, Poland was founded on the basis of rich, international experience and great passion, which became our professional path.
In BaltiCoffee Roasters we are dedicated to coffees from the highest segment, i.e. "specialty", coming from different plantations all over the world. Being diligent in selecting suppliers gives us the assurance that the grain we receive is unique due to. micro-climate and respect for the environment in which it grows, sustainable culture and attentive care.
Coffee beans arriving from the plantation to us are evaluated by tasters specialized in the sensory assessment of arabica (Q-graders certified by Coffee Quality Institute) and „Speciality” by Speciality Coffee Assosiation (SCA), which gives an assessment of quality and taste.
This uniqueness and quality combined with the passion for craftsmanship results in an unusual, but very wonderful palette of flavors and aromas
We roast coffee using traditional methods, where we give different roasting profiles in order to get the best out of each grain.
As a result, our activity is centred on satisfying our consumers with the flavours of our coffees. Every taste of our black coffee is a multi-stage trip. It has an unusual aroma, a unique consistency, and the aftertaste that stays is always distinct from the taste itself.
Besides the growing group of fans of our roast, we have also created very flexible offers for business coffee lovers. Entities wishing to offer our clients something more than the standard store shelf are invited to contact us, consult and cooperate. We have no minimum order quantities, min. amounts or due date obligations. You can purchase the chosen product, whenever and for how much you want, being sure that you will receive a product tailored to your business requirements, including a "tailor-made" taste. Crafted, unique, regional, good quality, fresh and tasty, i.e. one that will satisfy every coffee lover who wants to spend a nice time in our Seaside resort at the coast of the Baltic Sea.
